Subject:                 LTP - Wildllife Habitat Incentive Program (WHIP) FY 2008 Payment Schedule

Purpose:                Provide guidance for fiscal year WHIP implementation

Expiration Date:    September 30, 2008

Payment Schedules for use in 2008 WHIP contracts have been issued and approved:

  • Alaska WHIP On-Road

  • Alaska WHIP Off-Road

Designation for the use of either the On-Road, or the Off-Road, Payment Schedule is made based upon the County Equivalent/Census Area.  This is determined based upon the location of the proposed project, when an application is entered into Protracts.  A map of County Equivalent/Census Area’s is located in Section I of the eFOTG, under the tab for maps.
