5 This project addresses locally identified noxious or invasive species of concern Top 5 from Fairbanks CWMA--birdvetch, foxtail barley, hempnettle, yellow toadflax, perennial sowthistle
6 This project occurs in, or within three miles of, or locally identified special ecological management area
